Check out the flavours at the bottom of this About Me bit :) I am Andi and I have been baking wedding and celebration cakes for over 10 years now. All my cakes are handmade from my 5* hygiene registered kitchen (with Tonbridge and Malling Council) and made with love and fun. They come in a range of flavours as standard, listed below, just make sure you tell me which flavour you’d like in preferences / messages when you get to the Checkout. I also cater for Gluten Free (GF), Dairy Free (DF) and Vegan (V) in some flavours, noted below. I have been a medically diagnosed Coeliac for 3 years now meaning I have to adhere to a very strict gluten free (and oat-free) diet, so I know how important it is to avoid cross contamination and ensure all allergens are recognised and labelled. Please indicate in the message box if your special someone has any allergies as those pesky allergens can come from everywhere. None of our Gluten free cakes contain oat flour or oat milk, in case you are ordering for a coeliac and they are sensitive to oats. Luckily, I developed my standard cake recipes before I was diagnosed and I now have a regular panel of taste-testers, made up from previous clients, who keep me on track and make sure my cakes still get to their new owners in tip-top condition. Customer service is just as important as the taste and design of the cake you are ordering and with my 15 years customer service experience, I hope you feel encouraged to leave your special cake gift in my hands.
